• "Products" refers to all petrochemical products, industrial fuels, engine oils, gear oils, hydraulic oils, synthetic oils, textile oils, coolants, and related chemical products offered by the Company.
• "Services" refers to product distribution, technical support, documentation provision (SDS/MSDS), quality testing, and related services.
• "Customer," "You," "Your" refers to any individual or business entity purchasing or inquiring about our products.
• "Website" refers to www.sppetrochemicals.in and all related pages.
• "Order" refers to a confirmed purchase request for our products.

2. Use of Website

2.1 Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into binding agreements to use our services. By using our website, you represent that you meet these requirements.

All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, particularly if product is unavailable, pricing error occurs, or for security/fraud concerns.

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing

Product prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable is the price at the time of order confirmation. All prices are:

• Quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified
• Exclusive of GST and other applicable taxes (unless stated)
• Exclusive of transportation, packaging, and handling charges (unless stated)
• Based on current market conditions and subject to change

4.2 Payment Terms

We offer various payment options:

• Advance Payment: 100% advance for new customers or small orders
• Credit Terms: Approved customers may receive credit facilities (30/60/90 days)
• Letter of Credit: Available for large orders and exports
• Part Payment: Installment options for bulk orders as agreed

4.3 Payment Methods

Accepted payment methods include:

• Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)
• Cheque/Demand Draft
• Letter of Credit (LC)
• Online Payment Gateway (for applicable transactions)

4.4 Late Payments

Late payments may incur interest charges at prevailing rates. We reserve the right to suspend services or withhold deliveries for overdue payments.

5. Delivery and Shipping

5.1 Delivery Terms

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delivery schedules depend on product availability, location, and logistics. We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control.

5.2 Shipping Arrangements

Shipping can be arranged as:

• FOB (Free on Board): Customer arranges transportation
• CIF (Cost, Insurance, Freight): We arrange delivery to destination
• Ex-Works: Customer collects from our warehouse

5.3 Risk Transfer

Risk of loss and title to products pass to the customer upon delivery to the carrier or upon pickup from our facility, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.4 Inspection on Delivery

Customers must inspect products upon delivery and report any damage or discrepancies within 48 hours. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.

6. Product Quality and Safety

6.1 Quality Standards

All products meet applicable quality standards and specifications. We provide Certificate of Analysis (COA) and other quality documentation upon request.

6.2 Safety Documentation

We provide Safety Data Sheets (SDS/MSDS) for all chemical products. Customers are responsible for reading and understanding safety information before handling products.

6.3 Proper Handling

Customers must handle, store, and use products according to provided guidelines and applicable safety regulations. We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use or handling.

6.4 Environmental Compliance

Customers are responsible for complying with all environmental regulations related to the storage, use, and disposal of our products.

7. Warranties and Returns

7.1 Limited Warranty

We warrant that products will conform to specifications at the time of delivery. This warranty is limited to product replacement or refund and does not cover consequential damages.

7.2 Return Policy

Returns are accepted under the following conditions:

• Product defect or quality issue (within 7 days of delivery)
• Wrong product delivered (within 48 hours of delivery)
• Damaged product (reported within 48 hours)
• Products in original, unopened packaging

7.3 Non-Returnable Products

Custom-ordered products, opened chemical containers, and products without proper documentation cannot be returned unless there is a quality defect.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Our total liability shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are not liable for damages resulting from improper use, handling, or storage
• We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our control
• We are not liable for third-party products or services

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of SP Petrochemicals or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute our content without written permission.

10. Changes to Terms
